Order Processing
Orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our global fulfillment network in China within 5–7 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.
Shipping Method
Orders are shipped via YunExpress cross-border line haul from China. YunExpress is our trusted international logistics partner for US deliveries.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 7–10 business days. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Delivery times are estimates only — delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, peak shipping seasons, or other circumstances outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take a few business days to appear after the package is handed over to the carrier.
